Libya's Best Hotel Directory Site

We are creating this site to help visitors to Libya find and directly book the best hotel for their individual needs. As nearly no Libyan hotel is currently connected to an international hotel booking network, you will need to contact the hotels directly by phone, fax or e-mail (whenever available the hotel's e-mail address is provided):

2 Ancient Zumit Hotel Oldest hotel in Tripoli, very recently refurbished in authentic Othomane style.Good location in old city. Very romantic!
3 Safwa Hotel Nice, relatively recently refurbished suites hotel in an old building in the city center. High speed Internet available in every appartment.
4 Asshajara Hotel Very new hotel not too far from the Green Square. Relatively modern 4-star standard.
5 Bab al Bahr Hotel One of the large state-run hotels in Tripoli. Located right next to the 5 office towers. Accepts credit cards.
6 Mahari Hotel Used to be Tripoli's best hotel. Still clean. Doesn't accept credit cards.
7 Four Seasons Hotel 4-star hotel, quite luxurious; not related to the international Four Seasons group.
8 Al Kabir Hotel One of the oldest grand hotels in Tripoli, conveniently located next to the harbour, not far from Green Square.
9 Winzrik Hotel One of the least known local 4-star hotels
10 Al-Kendi Hotel 4-star hotel (local standards) in the middle of Tripoli.
